We are currently seeking to recruit a Sales Manager in the Netherlands within our NL Business Relations. A significant portion of the role involves managing existing client accounts, developing new business, achieving budgeted sales within the designated territory, and reporting to the Business Relations Director. 

Job Description: 

  • Actively acquire clients in the Dutch market and sell temporary staffing services. 
  • Providing ongoing care and support to acquired clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation. 
  • Evaluate both existing clients and potential new business to identify growth opportunities to drive revenue and profit streams 
  • Preparing commercial offers and negotiating cooperation terms tailored to the client’s needs 
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients in the Dutch market. 
  • Developing and implementing a plan for achieving sales, profits, and minimum margin targets, in line with budgetary forecasts 
  • Achieving set sales targets and reporting results. 
  • Monitoring the market regarding temporary staffing needs and trends, as well as competitor activities. 
  • Close cooperation with recruitment and operational teams to ensure efficient project execution. 

Requirements: 

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in B2B services sales (preferred experience in the temporary staffing or HR industry). 
  • Knowledge of the Dutch temporary staffing services market. 
  • Proficient communication in English and Dutch (minimum B2 level). 
  • Ability to establish business relationships and work as part of a team. 
  • You are currently residing in the Netherlands or are willing to work primarily from the Netherlands. 
  • Valid category B driving license. 
  • Proficient in working with operating and sales systems. 
  • Preferably, experience at an employment agency as an intermediary or key account manager 
  • Knowledge of the Polish language would be an added value
