The thought that guided us during creation Contrain Care was to holistically take care of the employees’ needs related to their well-being. Our Contrain Care is an innovative program. Its simple, yet comprehensive shape is appreciated not only by employees, but also by competition jury – the project took third place in the prestigious competition organized by the Wellbeing Institute – Best of Wellbeing at Work 2024.

What does the recruitment process look like?
Recruitment stages may vary depending on the position you are applying for. The basic process is as follows: after submitting your application, a recruiter will contact you. He will present you with an offer and together you will determine whether you want to proceed to the next steps. The next stage will be an online meeting, during which we will tell you about working at Contrain and we will be happy to hear about your experience and expectations. The next step is to match the values - a short check whether we are compatible with each other. If you are still interested in cooperation, we organize a meeting with your future supervisor. Our interview will not only verify your skills – you will also learn whether we can meet your expectations regarding the workplace. The next stage is feedback: regardless of the recruitment result, we will come to you with feedback. If the decision is mutually positive, we say “yes” and start pre-onboarding! 😄
How does Contrain care for employee well-being?
Taking care of the employee’s well-being is particularly important to us. We offer our employees the opportunity to participate in regular relaxation sessions and online yoga classes during working hours. We regularly organize webinars on mental health topics. Our employees can also take advantage of an additional week of leave and free psychological help for themselves and their loved ones.
What is particularly important to us?
We treat our employees fairly – we proudly hold the title of Employee-Friendly Employment Agency.
We pay special attention to employee well-being – our Contrain Care program has been recognized third award in the Best of Wellbeing at Work competition and first place in the Wellbeing and Work-Life Balance category in the HR Dream Team competition.
Participation and involvement? We are for it – for our joint work on Direction Poland, we received the HR Dream Team distinction in the “Organizational culture and employee involvement” category.
What modern HR solutions do we use every day?
We can boast of a dedicated MyContrain application, which includes, among others: you will read news about the company, submit a leave request or contact our helpdesk. We also have an e-shop based on a point system. Employees earn Contrain Coins by taking part in competitions and other activities (of which we have plenty 😄). Points earned in this way can be exchanged for prizes or supported a selected charity.
