Coordinator of Temporary Workers in the Netherlands

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and care for temporary workers in the Netherlands, assisting with their adaptation process.
  • Supervising and maintaining accommodations, introducing new employees to their housing.
  • Assisting employees during their first days at work.
  • Supporting employees with administrative matters, such as obtaining a BSN number.
  • Ensuring document flow within the organization.
  • Performing minor technical repairs (e.g., bicycle repairs, fixing small defects arising from daily use of the facilities).

Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate to the Netherlands.
  • English and Ukrainian proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Valid category B driving license.
  • Strong organizational skills, independence, and good communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer use, especially MS Office.
  • Availability to handle urgent technical issues at irregular hours (evenings, weekends).
  • Experience in a similar role and technical maintenance work (e.g., repairs, upkeep) is a plus.
