A key role in this program is played by the Psychologist, who supports our employees by caring for their mental health and fostering an atmosphere of trust and safety. Responsibilities:

• Holistic care for the mental health of our employees – your role will involve both preventive actions and direct support through consultations to help identify needs and develop strategies that promote their well-being.
• Support in difficult situations – you will be the person employees turn to when they need diagnosis and understanding, and you will also mediate to help build mutual understanding.
• Developing wellbeing projects – in collaboration with other specialists, you will shape and implement innovative initiatives that support employee well-being as part of the Contrain Care program.
• Conducting training and workshops – organizing and leading soft skills sessions that support employees’ professional development and help them manage emotions, relationships, and stress.
• Handling whistleblower reports – accepting reports and collaborating with a team of experts to create corrective action plans that improve the workplace atmosphere and increase employees’ sense of security.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in psychology.
• Good command of English (minimum B2).
• Experience in conducting consultations, wellbeing projects, trainings and workshops.
• Kindness and respect in your relationships with others.
• Creativity and knowledge, showing initiative in your actions, simplifying processes, and ensuring clear communication.
• Ability to see the value of collaboration and engage enthusiastically in work and organizational life.
• A valid driving license (Category B).
