Business Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Selling HR services in the Polish market (B2B);
  • Preparing commercial offers and negotiating cooperation terms;
  • Building long-term business relationships with clients;
  • Analyzing sales performance;
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of sales activities;
  • Contributing to the development of sales strategy;
  • Monitoring market needs, trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales and business client service;
  • High personal culture, negotiation, and analytical skills;
  • Independence and determination in achieving goals;
  • Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
  • Strong IT and application skills;
  • Willingness to travel for business and a valid category B driving license.
  • HR services sales experience is preferred.
