Business Relations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Selling HR services in the Polish market (B2B);
- Preparing commercial offers and negotiating cooperation terms;
- Building long-term business relationships with clients;
- Analyzing sales performance;
- Evaluating the effectiveness of sales activities;
- Contributing to the development of sales strategy;
- Monitoring market needs, trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and business client service;
- High personal culture, negotiation, and analytical skills;
- Independence and determination in achieving goals;
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level);
- Strong IT and application skills;
- Willingness to travel for business and a valid category B driving license.
- HR services sales experience is preferred.
