Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Actively acquiring clients in the German market.
- Preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms of cooperation and customizing them to meet the client’s needs.
- Providing comprehensive customer service in German, handling projects related to temporary employment.
- Planning, managing, and optimizing project budgets.
- Working with project-related data: inputting data into the CRM system, analyzing results, and preparing reports.
- Monitoring the market for trends and needs in temporary employment.
- Tracking competitors’ activities.
- Closely collaborating with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level).
- Experience in business client service.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes to Germany.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a team.
- A valid driving license (Category B).
- Proficient in using operating systems and CRM software.
