We will employ any person who successfully completes the recruitment process and provides the required documents (signs a contract and receives a certificate of ability to work) and has a valid ID card or passport.
Yes. We also have job offers for people without knowledge of a foreign language. Of course, even basic knowledge of English, German or Dutch gives you the opportunity to choose from a larger number of job offers, and in the case of communicative knowledge of a foreign language – the possibility of promotion in some positions.
We can boast of a wide range of offers in various industries. We will offer you a job, among others: in agriculture, horticulture, production, warehousing, recycling, administration, textiles or mechanics, welding, painting, or in the assembly or servicing of equipment.
Travel abroad must be organized on your own and at your own expense. You can leave with your own car or organized transport. The most important thing is to plan your journey so that you can start work on the scheduled date. You can also ask the recruiter about a recommended carrier – if necessary, we will help you arrange transport.
Working in Poland will not always involve the possibility of using our accommodation. If you need a job with accommodation in Poland, it is worth asking about it during the recruitment interview. Abroad, every employee has the opportunity to live in Contrain accommodation. The accommodation fee depends on the country where you go to work. You will receive information about fees at the recruitment stage. If you are travelling with a partner, we always try to accommodate the two of you in one room. People travelling alone are accommodated in double or triple rooms. All accommodations have shared lounges, kitchens, and bathrooms. The accommodation offers Internet access, often television in Polish, refrigerators with freezers, and an equipped kitchenette. Washing machines are located in most of our accommodations or places adapted for this purpose. In emergencies, the coordinator will help you arrange laundry elsewhere. In the Netherlands, all our accommodation meets Dutch SNF standards.
