Account Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquiring clients in the German market.
  • Preparing commercial offers, negotiating terms of cooperation and customizing them to meet the client’s needs.
  • Providing comprehensive customer service in German, handling projects related to temporary employment.
  • Planning, managing, and optimizing project budgets.
  • Working with project-related data: inputting data into the CRM system, analyzing results, and preparing reports.
  • Monitoring the market for trends and needs in temporary employment.
  • Tracking competitors’ activities.
  • Closely collaborating with recruitment, HR, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in German (minimum B2 level).
  • Experience in business client service.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes to Germany.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • A valid driving license (Category B).
  • Proficient in using operating systems and CRM software.
