A temporary employment contract is employment based on an employment contract, but it does not have the features of permanent employment. The contract signed by the parties – i.e. the employing entity and the temporary employment agency that acts as an intermediary in the process of recruiting an employee – is concluded for a specified period. As a result, the so-called tripartite employment relationship, which includes:

  • temporary employment agency – employs an employee and sends him to the employer;
  • employer user – for whom the employee performs the duties specified in the contract;
  • temporary worker – performs work for the employer, but the entity that recruits him and takes care of him is a temporary employment agency.
